Contango Capital Advisors has acquired the assets of BG Associates, a Phoenix-based wealth-management firm that has been serving the Arizona market for 25 years.

The former principals of BG Associates, Jim O’Connor, Herman Lewkowitz, Tim Jones and Ted Churchill, form the core of Contango’s Arizona office, where they continue to work closely with their existing clients.

Jim, who served as BG Associates’ president, leads Contango Capital Advisors’ Phoenix office, which offers a broad array of services.
